"Reliable, organized, knowledgeable, punctual, sensitive and smart, creative, hard-working. I joke with friends that "I'm not a disaster at all" when it comes to my house and really believe this to be true. Having been a successful elementary school teacher, I truly appreciate the importance of order and every item having its own home. When things have a place and are put there, life feels calmer and more manageable. In my house there were kinks that made me nuts and ultimately caused me to waste time when tidying, e.g. tupperware in two places (neither space really worked), a mud room that was always unraveling, a baby's room that needed a new look, a kids' playroom that needed a plan and also a refreshing look. Aurore thoughtfully listened and then helped me to make a plan that established SYSTEMS. "Aurore is a miracle worker. She came into our lives and turned a chaotic place into a home. She cleaned out the clutter, garbage, and organized our home. I began taking pride in our little home again. Something that I have been unable to do for as long as I can remember. Knowing about my anxiety disorder, she took it upon herself to do things in such a way that I was not overwhelmed. Every time I was getting overwhelmed, she would sit with me with a cup of coffee to talk about the plans, a room at a time. She even spoke to my children to see what they wanted in order to decorate their rooms their way. They love the extra space and feel comfortable playing in their rooms as well as the family room. Aurore also turned a playroom into a beautiful family room. Christmastime has always been hard for me. Decorating used to be my favorite thing but over the years putting up the tree was all I could bear to do until this year. I found all of my ornaments and decorations and had a blast."

We were looking for someone who could tell us how to manage our space efficiency to make the most out of our square footage. . We needed an effective solution to the problem of how to move my husband's office space into the our bedroom so that we could convert the office space into the baby's nursery. "Aurore did an amazing job with my neighbor's attic and they highly recommended her to me to do some home organization. She is very efficient, organized, lovely to be around, and works her buns off. She got more done in a few days than I'd get done in a whole year. She even went to the store and researched storage options for me. I would leave for a few hours and come back and the change was miraculous. I just wish she could move in... "

I don't know what I would have done if Aurore hadn't helped me this year. The bedroom and closets are organized AND - most important - I'm able to keep them that way. The office is finally functional again, and it looks nice to boot. Aurore helped me get my small tool shed and my large storage shed in order, and she even helped me out with my plant business over the summer. You name the problem, she can help you tackle it, and does so without judging, without making you feel like a slob or a bad person for getting in such a mess, and with a lot of fun and laughs. I use Aurore on a regular basis to keep me on track and for special projects that come up - in fact, she's coming today to help me with something. Shoot her an email and tell her your troubles. "I've hired many different organizers over the years, and Aurore was the only one I've been truly satisfied with. The others always left me thinking it wasn't worth the money- either because they charged so much, or did so little. Not so with Aurore! We always got more done in our sessions than I'd expected; ranging from going through an entire attic full, rearranging to a vastly improved furniture layout for a children's room, to getting to the bottom of piles of paper files. After much purging, she dealt with photographing & selling many of those items on eBay. We also consolidated email accounts, & tracked down dozens of our frequent flyer accounts, entering them into a smart mobile app. (Those new-found miles have already paid for a trip to DisneyWorld).
